The book Qiyas and the Jafaria jurisprudence is a scholarly discussion which took place between the German Orientalist and Syed Muhammad Baqir Sadr the philosopher. After Quran is Hadith and after that comes consensus and conjecture. Consensus is very successful in its true nature but due to conjecture the Shariah issues have been severely damaged. A group of people consider it permissible and consider it as a Shariah source. This is the wrong kind of speculation which causes differences in issues. According to the author, if this problem comes to an end, then all the sects which have come into existence after the Prophet (PBUH) , will disappear.
