The author Syed Basharat Hussain has firstly given a descriptive introduction to Hazrat Ameer Mukhtar Thaqafi and his love and relationship with Ahl-e-Bait a.s. Then he describes his courage and valor through which he served Ahl-e-Bait a.s. Hazrat Ameer-e-Mukhtar was in prison when the battle of karbala occurred. On his return he led a rebellion against Umayyad caliphate and avenged Imam Hussain a.s. He took over Kufa and ordered the execution of all those who were involved in the killing of Imam Hussain a.s. It was due to him that the Ahl-e-Bait smiled for the first time after the tragedy of Karbala.
