Imam Hussain (AS) takes women and children of his family along with him in the journey to Karbala. Though he knows that he will be martyred in Karbala, he is also aware that his mission will remain incomplete without the role of women of his family, particularly Bibi Zainab (SA). After the martyrdom of Imam Hussain and his companions, Yazidi forces set the tents of Imam’s family alight and take them to Kofa and then Shaam. During the journey, Bibi Zainab gives sermons and talks to people to highlight the truth and the cruel face of Yazid. She even gives sermons in front of Ibn-e-Ziyad and Yazid to counter their evil designs.
