This book is written on the basic purpose to enlight the concept of Ijtehad. The literal meaning of Ijtehad is being highlighted over time. An Interview with Grand Ayatollah Saanei about Jawāhiri Jurisprudence and Human Rights and about Tradition Jurisprudence versus Dynamic Jurisprudence is also mentioned in the book. An interview is presented by the author in this book. This interview was conducted by the venerable scholar, Mr. Abdolkarim Rezvani, in late March, 2011.
