HUSSAIN OR ISLAM
Imam Hussain (AS) is brought up by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Imam Hussain and Islam have a special link as both grow up under the spiritual guidance of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). Because of this, Imam Hussain, who has deep spiritual association with Islam, stands up to thwart the threat posed by Yazid’s evil deeds, cruelty and tyranny to Islamic teachings. Yazid belongs to the Bani Ummayah family, which has always harboured deep hatred against Bani Hashim and harmed Islam. If Imam Hussain endorses Yazid as the Khalifah, it means that all his evil designs are accepted, which will change the true picture of Islam.
