Some people try to create sectarian conflict and disturb social harmony in the country by misinterpreting the teachings of Quran. They consider Yazid right as compared to Imam Hussain (AS), who was martyred along with his relatives and companions by Yazid’s forces in 61st Hijri in Karbala. They spread such beliefs rapidly by printing thousands of books on relevant subjects. Though Yazid was a tyrant, drank whisky openly, avoided Namaz and indulged in shameful acts, such people believe he will go to Jannah. A sincere attempt is made in this book to counter such propaganda, shed light on the great sacrifice of Imam Hussain and show the cruel face of Yazid to the world.
