
Jawaz-e-Nikkah Mutta
In this book the author defines the word " Mutta" and the scenarios due to which it was allowed in Islam. The author also quotes verses from Holy Qur'an to specify the allowance of Mutta in Islam. According to the ahl-e-sunnah scholars nikkahe Mutta was allowed during the time of Rasool Allah saww and was discontinued later. But the author clarifies how anything that is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an being allowed can not be discontinued later by the saying of any Sahabas. Further more he specifies the basic difference between nikkah-e-daimii and nikkah-e-mutta, and descriptively explains how the ruling of Muttaa can prevent adultery and rotting of the society.
