The author of this book is Abdul Samad Azahri who has initially given a brief biography of Mirza Asadullah khan Ghalib and then he has critically analyzed Ghalibs work in this book. The author has written this book during the time when Ghalib was very popular amongst all the other poets in Urdu language and his work was being proposed as the basis of Urdu poetry but according to the author's point of view there are quite a lot of mistakes and syntax errors in Ghalibs poetry which he has tried to point out in this book.
