Mayar-e-Sahabiyat
Companionship (sahibiyat) is surely a great merit in our religion and there are lots of ahadees regarding the companions of Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h. but quran states that not all companions (sahabas) are equal, some of them have been referred as “Razi Allah Unhon” while on the other hand in Surah Jummah there is a reference to those Sahabis who left Rasool Allah during Friday prayer for their personal benefits and also there were some for whom Surah Munafiqoon was sent. Thus in this book the author has quoted different events and ahadees and has elobrated about many companions of Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h and clarified that only being a Sahabi doesn’t elevate one’s rank but rather piousness and loyalty makes them virtous.
