
Mukhtar-as-Sihah
Mukhtar as-Sihah is a famous classic dictionary in the Arabian language, written by Imam Zain al-Din Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr Ar-Razi (666H). This dictionary was compiled as an abridgment of al-Sahih by al-Jawhari , and al-Razi condensed to include only words in fairly common usage, or used in the Qur'an. He stated in the introduction that he included only words he believes were essential for a scholar to know and memorize. This dictionary is for the student already familiar with Arabic and different verb forms.
