In this book some historical and academic discussions on astrology have been stated. It is a copy of Kuliat Khaqani preserved in possession for some time which contains the poems and legends of Khaqani, which is present in the first part of Kuliat. The author narrates that the People of knowledge know that Khaqani wrote his All the capital thought and effort of the pen has been spent on the poems, there is no doubt that he does not have the poetic sweetness and beauty like Arfi's, so his poems are not recommended and liked like Arfi's at the time of Khaqani.
