Risala Naween: Masail siyasi O huquqi
The book "Risala Naween: Masail-e Siyasi o Huquqi" by Imam Khomeini discusses contemporary political and legal issues from an Islamic perspective. It presents Khomeini’s vision of governance based on Wilayat-e-Faqih (guardianship of the jurist), emphasizing that true political authority must stem from divine law and moral integrity. The book explores justice, individual rights, social responsibility, and the relationship between religion and state. Khomeini critiques Western political systems and advocates for an Islamic framework that ensures both spiritual and material well-being. Through clear reasoning, he outlines how Islamic principles can guide modern societies toward independence, equity, and ethical governance.
