
SHAHADAT-E-HUSSAIN (AS)
The relatives and close friends of Imam Hussain (AS) become worried when they come to know that Imam is going to Iraq. They suggest Imam Hussain that he should not travel to Iraq and stay in Madinah as people of Iraq may not remain loyal to him. However, Imam Hussain remains firm in this stance and leaves Madinah. During travel, Imam Hussain meets renowned poet, Farzooq, who loves the Ahl-ul-Bayt. When Imam asks him about the condition of people, he says “Their hearts are with you, but their swords are with Bani Ummayah.” Still, the Imam continues his journey.
