Shiyaan e Kashmir
This book is a historical figure of the spread of Shi'ism in Kashmir, providing a socio-cultural historical account of Kashmiri Shi'as from the 14th-20th century. Book describes how the ruling powers of Kashmir and the reformations of the leaders made it easy for spreading Shi'ism in Kashmir. Hakim Safdar Hamdani in his book highlighted that the History of Shi'ism in Kashmir is marked with conflict and strife, spanning over half a millennium. Incidents of sectarian violence occurred in Kashmir under the rule of Mirza Haider Dughlat, followed by the Mughals, the Afghans, the Sikhs, and the Dogras. This book reflects the condition of Shias to be a minority in Kashmir.
