ABOUT THE AUTHOR Musa Msele is a tanzanian who was a student of St Augustine University of Tanzania who was undertaking bachelor degree of arts in public relations and marketing. he currently works in energico mining company limited in Moshi Tanzania as the marketing officer. musa msele who is unmarried man is a person with:- honesty elevated values and skilled exposed with conduct public relations matters, community development, strategically planning and management, client care skills, advertising, finding solutions and research making, cultural understanding, reasoning and good decision-making. he is a definetly confident and able to manage own time effectively, and priorities workload.
