The author of this book Sulah-e-Hassan as is written by Pour tabatabai Syed Majeed,who has shed light on the peace treaty by Imam Hassan as, the reasons behind it, the circumstances of that time, the problems and reactions due to it.According to the Shi'a belief, each Imam has a different line of action and was given a special situation to deal with by the Almighty. It is for God that he would revolt or remain silent. An Imam is superior to the other humans in regard of his knowledge and relationship with Allah and he acts according to the will of the Divine, so there remains no doubt that he may take a wrong decision. The author has very authentically presented the basic reasons and logics due to which Imam Hassan as chose to sign the treaty instead if revolting against Muaviyya.The author has also tried to answer the objections raised on this topic with authentic references from the history.
