Syed Roshan Ali Zaidi Al-Wasti belonged to the district of Muzaffar Nagar in the northern subcontinent. The author has written this book upon the insistence of Sir Henry Elliot about the background, way of living, linage and decendents of the caste and races of the residents of Muzaffar Nagar District.
