Qazi Nurullah Shushtari (Shaheed-e-Thalith – the Third Martyr) travels from his hometown in Iran to India for the sole purpose of spreading and preaching religion. He propagates the teachings of Ahl-ul-Bayt and is able to show people that the Shia school of thought is a means for unity of all. He is seen as one who because of his infinite struggles lays and strengthens the foundations of Shia school of thought in India. During his time, different scholars write books to disapprove of the Shia sect. In this situation, Shaheed Shustari sees it as his responsibility to respond and refute these misconceptions. He does not observe Taqiyyah, believing that if one is killed on the right path, then it is a cause for the respect of religion.
