The tale of three colonies
This book discusses about the past and present of Hong Kong which from a " pristine bareren rock island with hardly a house on it" as British colonist Palmerston called it in 19th century,but now Hong Kong has been transformed into the most concrete instance of Adam Smith's Laissez faire theory of economics. During this development the different phases faced by Hong Kong's Muslim community and how they were effected and influenced throughout, are descriptively elaborated here. Further more the Muslims of Macau and Taiwan are also discussed briefly in this book
