This book is compiled by Ijaz Rahi on the content from a seminar that was held in December 1985 where famous scholars, writers and linguistic of the time from all over the country gathered and debated about the various aspects,importance and problems regarding the translation of different content in Urdu language. During this seminar a lot of questions were raised and various aspects were discussed and lots of rules and regulations were set. The importance of translation was pondered upon as it is very significant in the propagation of information and education from other languages to Urdu language. It also enables a nation to stay updated with the whole world.
