Waqia Mubahila Aik Abadi Fatheh
The author has based the book on the verse of holy Quran from Surah Aal-e-Imran which was revealed on the occasion of mubahila when Rasool Allah s.a.w.w invited the Najrani people to the religionof Islam and they wanted to have Mubahila which was a meeting between Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h who brought his family along with him and the Christian deligation from Najaran where Hazrat Muhammad called for invoking a curse to reveal who was lying about the religion differences. On the day of Mubahila when Christian saw Prophet Muhammad’s family their leaders observed them and decided to refuse the challenge because their leaders stated that if Muhammad curses them there won’t be any Christians left on earth. They were frightened and asked Prophet Muhammad to excuse them from Mubahila. Prophet made settlements with them . This was a huge victory and has been related in both Sunni and Shia books of Quranic exegesis.
