This book is purely based on the topic of wilayah. From the beginning when Holy Prophet PBUH was given the assignment to announce the Man of Wilayat i.e. Imam Ali as author describes the brief summary on this topic. Wilayat is the main cause that differentiate one from other and shows who is on the complete tract of islam.
